These are the java files used to create the various Power-Law networks
    Node.java            Library class for individual network nodes w/ search code.
    Graph.java           Library class for basic network = collection of Node's
    PowerLawList.java    Library class for all the PowerList networks
    BAGraph.java         Bag Class + main() for creating Bag networks
    PLGraph.java         Power List Class + main() for creating Rd & Td networks
    SWGraph.java         SmW Class + main() for creating SmW networks

These are the shell scripts used to run the java simulations to create the datasets, and to create the pages, plots and graphs used to illustrate the investigation.

    dostats           Master script for creating the entire set of datasets
      run             Runs the java programs to create a single dataset
    dographs          Master script for creating the complete and root graphs
      nodegraph       Create a single complete or root graph
    doplots           Master script for creating all plots
      histgraph       Create a single edge histogram plot
      levelgraph      Create a single level plot
